Juniors and Track&Field meet on Tuesdays at the Ashdown Centre, Adastral Rd, Canford Heath on Tuesday evenings. Junior training starts at 6.15pm at trackside behind the Centre, Seniors meet at 7.15pm.
Road runners meet next to Haymoor Pub! by ASDA on Canford Heath on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 7pm. The road runners have groups of different levels; one group do speed/track work and the other groups go out jogging/running around the area - nobody gets left behind - and there is an experienced coach in each.
We have a number of social events also.
Please feel free to 'come & try us' for free - Junior membership is £33 per year and Senior membership is £36 per year (Family membership is £45 per year).
