Entries are open for the Bournemouth Marathon Festival which will see runners from all over the world take to the streets on October 5th & 6th 2013. 5K, 10K, half and full marathon in this new festival. http://www.run-bmf.com

We are looking after the Prom section of the Bournemouth Marathon and need to recruit a team of marshals for October 6th. Please read the details if you're interested in helping.
more ►Juniors and Track&Field meet on Tuesdays at the Ashdown Centre, Ad Astra Rd, Canford Heath on Tuesday evenings. Junior training starts at 6.15pm at trackside behind the Centre, Seniors meet at 7.15pm. click here for map
Road runners meet at the Haymoor Squash Club (next to Haymoor Pub! by ASDA on Canford Heath) on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 7pm. click here for map The road runners have groups of different levels; one group do speed/track work and the other groups go out jogging/running around the area - nobody gets left behind - and there is an experienced coach in each.
We have a number of social events also.
Please feel free to 'come & try us' for free - Junior membership is £18 per year and Senior membership is £23 per year (Family membership is £36 per year).
