well as success in AAA and ESAA Champs.

been our best performer from SEAA XC last January, County
3000M success to 3rd place at SW XC in Exeter in December.

Jack Farrow: On Long Jump, 200M, 800M and XC has really worked
very hard and has reaped the rewards.
